As a mum to a young child, she knows first-hand the joys and pressures that family life can bring. This lived experience allows her to connect with families on a personal level, ensuring that the support she provides is not only effective but also realistic, empathetic, and family-friendly.

Chanelle takes the time to listen carefully and understand what matters most to each person she works with. She believes that therapy should never be “one size fits all,” so she tailors her sessions to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of every individual. Harmony’s journey as a parent has equipped her with invaluable firsthand knowledge of the wonders and challenges that come with raising children with ASD. This lived experience enables her to connect with families on a deeply personal level, offering not only clinical guidance but also genuine empathy, understanding, and support.

In her role as a key worker, Harmony draws upon her special education background and her personal journey to provide tailored interventions and support to each child and family she works with. She understands the importance of individualised approaches that honour each child's unique strengths, challenges, and developmental needs.

Jade Larrson

Exercise Physiologist

Meet Jade, our dedicated and friendly Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about helping people use movement as medicine to improve their health, independence, and overall quality of life. She brings energy, encouragement, and deep knowledge to her work, supporting clients to build strength, improve mobility, manage chronic conditions, and feel more confident in their bodies.

With experience working alongside people of all ages and abilities, Jade tailors each program to the individual. She understands that everyone’s journey is unique, so whether the goal is recovering from injury, managing fatigue, supporting healthy ageing, or simply getting back to doing the activities you love, Jade designs exercise plans that are safe, practical, and achievable.

Jade offers therapy in a variety of settings, including land-based sessions, hydrotherapy, gym programs, and home-based programs. This flexibility allows her to meet clients where they feel most comfortable and provide the type of support that best suits their lifestyle, goals, and circumstances. From the pool to the gym to the comfort of your own home, Jade ensures every program is engaging, enjoyable, and effective.

She is passionate about making exercise empowering, creating a supportive space where clients feel motivated to try new things and celebrate progress along the way. Now part of our therapy team, Madison works under the direction of the Clinical Director to help deliver high-quality, individualised support. She assists with therapy programs, guiding children through activities that are designed to build skills, encourage independence, and make progress towards their goals. Madison has a talent for turning therapy into an engaging and enjoyable experience, using her creativity and patience to keep children motivated and confident.

Her warm and nurturing style makes her a natural at connecting with children and families alike. Madison takes pride in celebrating every achievement, no matter how big or small, and understands that progress often happens step by step. She values working as part of a team, ensuring that every child receives consistent, supportive care that aligns with their therapy plan.

She knows the journey can sometimes feel overwhelming and is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where both children and families feel heard and valued.

Working under the direction of the Clinical Director, Jessica assists in delivering therapy programs that are engaging, purposeful, and tailored to each child’s needs. She helps children practise skills through play and everyday activities, ensuring therapy feels fun and achievable. Jessica’s natural warmth, creativity, and deep care make her a strong advocate for every child’s potential.
